UP 6898 East
UP 6898 East rolling out from under the thick shelf of clouds shortly after sunrise this AM on the UP Kansas Sub at MP 24.25.
We have maybe 30 minutes of shootable light here this morning and with the heavy cloud bank to the west we had the appearance of storm light behind the train. It was definitely a pucker factor as the sun was getting very close to being engulfed by the clouds as they rolled east. By the time I packed up my gear, it was cloudy here.
Nice to catch fresh paint in nice light especially on these rebuilt motors. Just needs the bigger shield IMHO.
