Dwarf Faction Hero: Balemug the Brewmaster and Mountain Ram

Balemug the Brewmaster:

 

There are few dwarves who are as wildy renown as Balemug the Brewmaster. Known throughout the lands of Warscape, Balemug is invited into hearth and home by all good folk, nobles and peasants alike.

 

Achieving the title of brewmaster in dwarven society is among one of the highest honors; for a dwarf's most important parts of life are war and ale, and Balemug excels at both. A dwarf will study the art of brewing for an entire lifetime before gaining the title of brewmaster, but Balemug achieved the honor in his first hundred years mark. Known for the most popular dwarven ales like 'Snorebringer' and 'Dwarf Lightning', Balemug travels the holdfasts and mountain ranges teaching the art of brewmaking to all he deems worthy. He has even taught the race of men how to brew more potent ales other than their 'milk suds' as dwarves call it.

 

Balemug also enjoys the art of battle. Accompanied by his rare Mountain Ram mount, Balemug's alcohol induced war chants can be heard above even the loudest of dwarven blackpowder shots. His coppersteel inlaid blundergun and battle axe serve him well as he fells his vile enemies. Wearing armor crafted from ancient Mountoak ale barrels, arrows and swords alike harmlessly thunk off like him like water on rock.

 

Many a dwarf warrior has Balemug to thank for victories in battle and good ale to celebrate afterwards. Drink on, stout Brewmaster!
