Out with Sophie on a dog walk and she was mostly great...

 

Several dozen Mallards and other ducks winter in the Rio Grande Bosque near the Alameda Bridge. Here is one, with all his bright feathers lit up, pedaling in the Albuquerque Drain. The water is low, but very clear, in the drain this time of year.
