I am not 100% sure of this identification, but I think it's correct. If it is then this is an IUCN endangered species. It was surrounded by small white damselflies as well... its young? I don't know.
The issue here is what is it covered with? I think a combo of water/moisture droplets and thistle leaf debris. Anyway, I found the green/blue body kind of hypnotic...
