This is the Muslim Machet (mosque) across the street from the "smishnoe dom." This old mosque is simply named "white mosque" in Russian. It was built 1915 and is located in the center of the region named "Tatarskya" in the center of Tomsk, Siberia where the Muslim tartars and people of Mongolian decent live.
