Midori - "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" Seaview plastic model kit

Although many early Japanese plastic model kits were direct copies of American products, this Midori model is not a ripoff of the Aurora kit. It is, in fact, about 3” shorter than the Aurora classic. It’s also designed to work underwater, powered by a long rubber band.
