On a sunny, spring morning in the Bayou City, BNSF 9038 leads a transfer job from the Port Terminal Railroad Authority through the S-curve at CP Rusk on the Houston West Belt. This control point, along with adjacent S GH&H Jct, still hosts former HB&T searchlights. However, replacement Vaders have been up for over a year, so it's just a matter of time before retirement for the old signals.
