This Isn't Your Yard

Exiting the east end of UP's Englewood Yard, BNSF 6028 brings a yard transfer from the Port Terminal Railroad Authority eastward towards BNSF's sprawling yard at Dayton, northeast of Houston.

 

In order to navigate between the two yards, BNSF trains utilize trackage rights on the UP, including a move through Englewood's East Yard to make a turn between the East Belt and UP's Houston Sub.
