One of These Things is Not Like the Others
After the train's single locomotive crapped out in East Texas, UP loaned the northbound Texas Eagle a GEVO to pull the train to St Louis. As a result of the delays, the train finally arrived to the Gateway City at 1:42 PM, 6 hours & 18 minutes late.
Soon after arriving, station crews pulled UP 8222 from the train and replaced it with the AMTK 54 (at the far right) for the final run to Chicago.
In the middle is Train 304, scheduled to depart for Chicago in about an hour.
