A play on the lord Kitchener poster 'We need you'.

May's team proposed that they let skilled workers into the UK and said that there should be no visas available for non-skilled immigrants. I wanted to create something that encapsulated this. I took a traditional poster from 1914 of Lord Kitchener and photoshopped May's face on top. I think this works well and it gets across what I wanted to achieve.
