Thyme In A Bottle
I wanted to do Thyme In A Bottle immediately after I saw the theme for the week. I didn’t even know exactly what thyme looked like. I downloaded the song for inspiration and set out to find some thyme. This week turned out to be challenging for me. Glass is always challenging trying get reflections where you want them and eliminate reflections you don’t want them. I shot lots trials without water in the bottle and ended up filling the bottle with water and floating the thyme. My bottle was an odd color that didn’t mesh too well with the thyme and dominated the scene too much. I ended up toning down the bottle in Photoshop. A bit more editing (manipulation) than I like, but oh well. HMM!
