Waag

The Waag River, that was my goal for the day and I got there via a beautiful detour of greenery and forests and extensive valleys. Not everything is about photographing trains, for me personally anyway.

 

Since the double railway line passes over two different bridges, this was a challenge that I was happy to take on to photograph there.

 

On foot with shoes in hand I ended up on an island where I had a nice view of the two bridges and there I took this photo, one of many, of a ZSSK Vectron with its Tatran express on the way to Bratislava.
