Fall Asleep Faster When you Hit the Bed with Simple Poses..!!!

 

Have you ever seen your wall clock going from 11 to 4 at night but still unable to relax and fall asleep? Well, probably this is one of the worst experiences of a day that we would hate to face. If sleep does not come naturally, here we have a few sleeping positions to help you fall asleep faster.

 

1.Legs up the wall: Lie down facing the wall, put a pillow beneath your waist. Lift your legs so that heels and knees are in the same line, and your hands lie along your body with your palms up. Hold this position for 2 minutes. Then easily bend your knees, and shift them to either side.

2.On your stomach: Lie upside down on a pillow on your stomach, and lock your fingers behind your back. Taking a deep breath, bend your back and toes, and try reaching your heels with your hands. Then slowly go down, and exhale. Repeat this 5-10 times.

3.Legs at a wide angle: Sit with your legs wide apart, putting a pillow in front. Level your back, and inhale deepest possible. Then, slowly exhaling along with stretching your arms forward, lie on the pillow. In this position, inhale and exhale 10 times, then go up.

4.Feet together: Lie on your back on a pillow, join your feet, and spread your knees sideways. With hands relaxed and stretched along your body, palms up. Breathe deeply and evenly for 3 minutes.

5.Turns while lying: Lying on your back, bend the knees putting them together. Slowly bend your legs to the side, holding with your hands. Stay like this for 1 minute and change the side repeating for 2 times each side.

6.On your back: Lie conveniently with your back on a pillow. Lightly spread your legs, putting your hands to the sides, palms up. Keep spine and head in a straight line. Take 3 followed by 4 ordinary ones and exhale through your nose. This will make you sleepy.
