Steps and Benefits of Tadasana-The Mountain Pose..!!!

 

Tadasana permits the body and mind to integrate that is why can be performed as a preparatory pose. Tadasana are best yoga physical activities for novices because it allows cultivating stillness and a body strength.

Benefits of Tadasana:

 

1. Improves posture and improves capability to maintain the pose for a longer time

frame.

2. Firms the stomach and buttocks through working to your center stomach

muscular tissues.

3. Strengthens the thighs, knees and ankles.

4. Relieves painful back.

5. Reduces flat toes and helps to relieve constipation.

 

Avoid Tadasana if you have low blood pressure, you must also avoid Tadasana if you have a headache as it could worsen it. If you're pregnant and if you have knock knees,so try this after consulting a yoga trainer.
