Easy Yoga Poses For Fat Burning..!!!

 

The backward bend Yoga: Face down and lie facing your belly down. Now place your hands on the ground, just underneath your shoulders. It is time to lift your upper body off the mat and straighten your arms with your face lifted looking upwards. Hold and release at regular intervals.

 

The forward bend Yoga: Lie straight on your back and bring your knees to your chest and wrap them with your fist. Now slowly lift your head so that your nose tends to touch your knee. While doing this breathe out while releasing leg and breathe in while folding legs creating a pressure on your belly.

 

The reverse bend Yoga: This is quiet same as the backward bend yoga pose, lie down with your face facing down and then pull your feet towards your head as you lift your head up intending to look up. Hold the position as you breathe in and breathe out while releasing position and regaining the position.

 

The leg stretch Yoga: As you understand by the name, in this pose you have to stretch your legs. Place your left leg out so that it creates a perfect 90 deg angle on the inner side. Now keeping the other leg in a straight slant, join your palms above your head straightening your arms out looking up at your palms.
