Steps and Benefits of Paschimottanasana-The Forward Bend Yoga Pose..!!!
The phrase Paschim actually means west, Uttana manner stretched out and asana is pose. Here the phrase paschim (west) doesn’t mean the west facet instead it indicated the lower back of the frame. The back of body is referred as paschim right here. Hence a posture wherein returned of the frame or spine is stretched out is called paschimottanasana, the forward bend pose.
