I would say that this year for me was a year between ups and downs, I had some very heavy and sad moments and some nice ones too.. people came in and people left my life, a lot of crying, a lot of pain but also a lot of joy. well, I think that regardless of everything between good and bad times, we should be grateful for each new day and even in the face of difficulties, seek without the ''light'' at the end of the tunnel and wait for good news.
