Taken from the beginning of "The Fairly OddParents: SuperHero Spectacle" DVD from 2005.

 

Despite there being a Nelvana logo at the beginning, there are NO mentions for Nelvana at the end credits.

 

NOTE: I hate "The Fairly OddParents".
