The Harbrick Boarding School (for children with no magical abilities). Not at all associated with Hogwarts (the sign above the door is just a coincidence). Anyway, it's an attempt at neo-gothic architecture, loosely inspired by an asylum in NY. Not too happy with the tree, I should've just removed it...
