Hidden maple

There are many things to like in the fall. Colors, fog and, in Canada, final respite from the insects. But the thing I love the most is that all of a sudden you can see the whole new world out there. Here, a bright red leaves reveal the young sapling lurking behind moss covered tree. Would have never paid any attention to it in the rest of the year.
