Interim replacement by KL 40 H 2025 allowed as per the Order of Hon’ble STAT in MP No.553/2013 in MVAA No 125/13. As per the decision of RTA on circulation applicant allowed to operate the incoming vehicle on temporary permit U/S 99[2] of MV Act till the finalization of the draft notification No 5651/B2/09/Trans dtd 02-08-2012 or till the disposal of MVAA No 125/13.] to operate on the route Paingottoor- Ernakulam Via Kizhakkambalam, Pallikkara, Kakkanadu and MG Road as Fast Passenger Service.

 

 

 

[2]To ratify the grant of temporary permit for 20 days in respect of stage carriage KL 40 H 2025 [old vehicle KL 40 A 6452] to operate on the route Paingottoor-Ernakulam Via Kizhakkambalam, Pallikkara, Kakkanadu and MG Road as FP in the light of letter No 10689/B1/2014/Trans dtd 17/07/2014 of the Transport Depratment, Thiruvananthapuram.
