30.03.2018 once again a wonderful evening atmosphere at Walchensee. The quiet and unlikely calm of the lake I could catch here with the camera.
My wife and I had a small picnic here and enjoyed the fantastic view. Actually, I had no desire to take pictures that day, I just wanted to relax and let the power of the Walchensee affect me. However, when I saw from our place this tree trunk and the reflection in the, well what was that - a puddle - I wrestled with me and yet unpacked my camera. I think I have captured a rare beautiful picture with the double reflection of the Herzogstand. Something you rarely see. Recorded with a 30-second long exposure, ND filter, gradient filter and polarizer.
