A well-liked gift for the team!
I like drinking wine. And I know, at Sovereign LLC, the team of 5 people who I manage do as well. So every six months, to reward them for their excellent work with their clients, I present them with a special bottle of wine from an online wine retailer with whom I have a subscription.
Personally, this gives me a chance to develop my taste of wine, and meet local groups of the members of the retailer. Professionally, I get to bond with my team members on a more personal level, and it makes me happy to see them leave with a smile on their face feeling appreciated at work and motivated to perform.
