Male Swallowtail - HMM

This is a male Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly. The male is always yellow. The female may be yellow or black and has a splash of blue at the tail. Both have the telltale tiger stripes. The adult butterflies live from 6 to 14 days. I don’t know the name of the plant it is resting on. HMM
