Truck of Many Colors - HTT

This old Chevy has a number of different paint colors on it. There are several shades of blue, red and black. It almost looks as if the roof of the cab goes to a different truck. Judging by the narrow tail lights it could be fairly old, but I can’t identify the year.

There is a nice old Buick parked to the right. HTT
