This concrete model is very heavy and should only be erected by professional light house installers. (I have no idea where you can find anyone like that so don’t call and ask). This model has a lifetime warranty. It does come with instructions in case you have to do it yourself, but I would suggest you need big equipment.
On the other hand, we do sell a wooden model (not shown) that is easier to erect. It comes with only a one year warranty, for obvious reasons.
