CocaCola for Sale - HWW

Here is a sturdy brick building with some nice display windows. It is for sale and would make a nice little Mom and Pop store, which it was before the Consignment Shop. Also, the CocaCola signs are worth some money even if you can’t figure out what to sell here.

I will tell you it is not a heavily traveled area, so some obscure business like, women’s lingerie, probably will not be too successful. I’m thinking, ice cream, but then I’m always thinking ice cream!
