The tie-break rule in February 20 draw was 6th December 2018 at 12:38:11 UTC. It means the candidates who scored 457 or above under CRS and submitted their profile before the specified time and date will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this draw.
Eligibility for any Express Entry categories, Individuals should have an active profile in Federal Express Entry system, which manages pool of individuals for Canada’s three Federal High Skilled Immigration programs like Federal Skilled Worker Class, Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades Class.
