A 27 Pane Mosaic of an 8 day 13h lunar phase.

Imaging Session Commenced 18.01.02 UT

 

Each pane captured with a Skywatcher 254mm Newtonian, EQ6 Syntrek Mount & ZWO ASI 120MC Astronomical Imaging Camera.

 

Each pane processed with Registax 6 then stitched with Microsoft Image Composite Editor.

 

Levels slightly adjusted using G.I.M.P. on final image

 

Reasonably good seeing conditions for the capture of 1700 frames on each pane, with about 55% used for stacking.

 

Best viewed using the expansion arrows.
