Dijon and Brown Sugar Pork Loin.

A simple overnight bath in a Balamic Vinegar, MapleSyrup, Mustard and Garlic Marinade sets the base flavours of this dish. Oven Baked and coated in a sumptuous Dijon Mustard Brown Sugar Glaze, this pork is moist, flavourful and a perfect dish for fall.
