The Flamenco Dancer (Central Cuba)

The Story Behind The Picture:

While travelling through Cuba I found myself jammed up in a depression with heavy rain, so that I had to stay in Camagüey for a couple of days. You cannot do much in Cuba, when it is pouring outside, unless you come across a theatre where a flamenco dance show is announced. Inside I did not find the best conditions to take photographs, but I felt kind of lucky, since this lady dancer kept on smiling directly into my camera everytime the choreography of the dance allowed her to do so.
