Early Morning OCS
Not wanting to feel left out on the weekend, CSX decided to send something good our way the next morning after NS 153 with the 2 H1’s.
Close to 12 hours after leaving Louisville at the conclusion of the 2022 edition of the Kentucky Derby, CSX P001 is seen heading south for Jacksonville. With another round of inspection trips up towards Ohio that is scheduled to leave Jacksonville the next day, they were wasting no time to get the train south. Here near the summit of Elizabeth Hill, it was a cat & mouse game with the shadows & clouds as me & a couple others are hope for the shadows to retreat far enough for a decent opening. Thankfully for us, we got lucky with maybe 3 minutes to spare, if that. 5-8-22
