As the last fleeting light of the day continues to dip below the horizon, NS 50A crosses Tenbridge in Chattanooga, TN as the crew prepares to hand it over to a new for the next leg of the journey to Atlanta. On the point is EMD SD70ACe 1072, the Illinois Terminal heritage unit, nicknamed the Glow Worm for it’s bright green & yellow paint scheme.
I had hoped they would have gotten to this spot about 20 minutes earlier, but I wasn’t worried & I still decided to try for fun since I already have shots of it in daylight. Looking back, I should’ve had my ISO set higher & maybe just a step quicker on the shutter speed, but oh well. 7-26-20
