Origin: Shelby is a metahuman with the ability to control the weather. She believed this ability to be a curse, and thought she was dangerous, so she tried to suppress her abilities. She lost control of these powers, and was unintentionally creating a storm so powerful that it could’ve wiped out the entire city. She was stopped by a hero named Perseus, who has similar abilities. He helps her learn to control her powers and in return, she stays with him and his friends to help them fight crime.
