CN sure gave some of us a treat on the afternoon of July 23rd, in the form of 2423 taking the solo lead of L517 from Belleville. As far as I know, this was the first cowl leader in Southern Ontario since sometime in April, as for the last couple months CN shoved their remaining cowls in storage. Now, around 8 of them have returned back into service so I have heard.
