Prettiest Toilets in Yorkshire?
Our walk on this Sunday took us to Hebden Bridge and a wander towards Gibson Mill on the Hardcastle Crags route. In my wisdom, knowing I had a bit of knee bother, Clough Hole car park looked closer to the destination, oh did I not realise how steep the decent into the valley bottom was, oh well, we managed it and I'd actually say down was worse than up for once!
Anyway, we did make it and had some nice relaxing time around Gibson Mill and my first shot of they day actually turned out to be a toilet block hence the title. There's still so much colour hanging on in the lower valleys and down by Heben Beck was no different. It was mainly quite grey and flat all morning though so the odd fleeting brightness (not gonna say full sunlight) was the best we got. Still I think it was beautiful down there and would definitely go again, maybe walking the flat part next time and hopefully the sunlight won't appear when we are half way back to the car next time!
