A (Easter-) Sunday Poem

Spring and Easter

Soft blooms wake on branches high,

Beneath a warming, blushing sky.

The breeze hums low, the robins sing—

The world anew, it's surely spring.

Easter whispers hope and cheer,

In every bud and lamb so near.

A time of joy, of life reborn,

Of pastel dawn and golden morn.

Eggs are hidden, laughter flows,

In blooming fields where tulips grow.

Spring and Easter, hand in hand,

Bring joy and light across the land.
