Tuxedo Blouse

I whipped this blouse up over the Christmas holidays to wear to an informal New Year's Eve dance. The pattern is 117 from the 12/2004 Burda World of Fashion, and the fabric is some that I had around. I had been admiring this very cute and elegant pattern for several years, but didn't sew it up until I had just the right event to wear it to.
