Draped over a grey horse, the one titled Famine slowly makes her way, leaving in her wake only anguish and barren lands.
It starts with the churning in your stomach, that ebbs its way throughout your entire being, it grows and festers and matures taking over slowly. The thought of a dead sewer rat once seemed disgusting, becomes rather more and more appetising as she grows inside you.
