Making some order in my craft supplies, and adding some new toys for my daughter.

All this was once a big, convoluted mess of embroidery floss, full big bag of it.

Yes, all these cute thingies are made from embroidery floss.

Those were remnants of all kinds of embroidery projects from my family - mom, aunts, mother in law... and others.

So, I armed myself with a lot of patience, and small crochet hooks. Some patterns also. But eventually everything ended up as a free-form :-)

Some patterns from Japanese amigurumi books, most of the others I just "invented" along the way.
