Requirement 1 & 4

When taking this photo, I moved my camera to a position where only the berries on the tip of the branch are in focus and blur everything else. I used f/4.5 to get a fair amount of blur and low ISO to prevent letting in too much light. Shutter speed is reasonable to reduce movement. In Lightroom, I mainly toned up color saturation and vibrancy
