Yosemite Valley Railway Depot, Bagby CA
The Bagby Depot is in the process of being dismantled for future removal. Facing boards have been removed between the two stories. The Stationhouse and the water tanks here at Bagby in 1966 were moved to the Yosemite Valley Railway museum in El Portal. The move was necessary because this area would soon be flooded by the increased size of Exchequer Reservoir. Ted Benson's 1962 Ford Falcon station wagon, "Auntie Grizelda", with his dad behind the wheel, stands about where the house track to the loading dock would have been.
