This skybox will be available at the Warehouse Sale Event opening this month (23rd December 2023) at the Spires Society Booth.
The land impact is 327... not 372 (I characteristically fucked that up lol)

You can alter the land impact of the build by clicking on it, entering edit mode to make it bigger/smaller (The bigger the build - the higher the Land Impact).
