The chick of the Stonechat was tightly stuck in the barbs of the burdock.
I don't believe in miracles, but sometimes inexplicable things happen. One evening, after a long day of gardening, I felt vaguely uneasy. I had never gone to the meadows at such a late time before, but for some reason that time I felt that I absolutely had to go there. And I found a tragedy unfolding in the meadows - the chick of the Stonechat was tightly stuck in the barbs of the burdock, the more he tried to free himself, the more he got stuck. His parents were screaming and flying restlessly nearby. I carefully freed the chick and finally he found freedom, and peace and tranquility reigned in the meadows.
