Tamal Ray's tahini and date brioche

This delicious brioche includes an unusual combination of nutty flavoured tahini and sweet sticky date syrup - not the most common of ingredients for many of us in the UK but they're not difficult to find if you pop in to a Asian or ethnic food shop (on your way to or from the supermarket!). Brioche is available in a mind boggling number of forms on many supermarket shelves but they do tend to be very sweet. Try making this one.
