anti NAMA poster, Dublin

A poster critical of the National Asset Management Agency in Ireland

the text on this poster reads:

"Lynam’s Hotel Closure

NAMA kicked out 5 homeless families and rented out the hotel. This means a hostel less for homeless. Less places to sleep.

The letting agents are a new company that let without tenancy rights. The tenants only have squatters’ rights. NAMA did not put the hotel for sale on the market. They had an offer. NAMA has sold off buildings to certain buyers at a far below market price.

Preserve tenancy rights

Improve squatters’ rights.

Put the hotel on the market at the market price.

Use the money immediately to house homeless."

the poster is located in the middle of O'Connell Street in Dublin, Ireland
