Oxycontin Side Effects

 

Oxycontin is strictly avoidable for persons with a history of drug abuse or addiction. Opioid medicine slows down breathing and may even cause death. The Oxycontin side effects include – vomiting, nausea, dizziness, unconsciousness, respiratory depression, constipation and increased risk of a heart attack. Get emergency medical help if you know a person having signs of an allergic reaction to oxycontin. Serious side-effects are more likely in older adults and those who are malnourished. Contact a drug counselor if you feel an increased urge to take more of oxycontin.
