Well, I admit, it's not the most innovative thing to do: posting photographica for this week's theme. But the description fits: I don't use it, and it's too ... appealing to be resold. I just bought it because of the lens that was mounted.
Collectors don't like the RTL 1000 very much, because it's not really a Ihagee-made Exakta any more. And her odd-looking TTL prism seems to be so difficult to handle that some people recommend using an external lightmeter instead of it. It was produced between 1970 an 1973, and some call it the nail in the coffin of the proud Ihagee factory which ceased to exist as a brand in 1972.
I have a soft spot for bizarre-looking gear. So I'm gonna keep it, but I think I'll never use it.
