Carnival Nationz leaves the feathers for the ankles! Amazing costume launch on Saturday night / Sunday morning. One designer, following the section's nature theme, replaced the standard feathered angel wings with stylized plant leaves (or maybe petals?)! Nice idea, hope the concept blossoms! Toronto.
