un viaje, dos islas bonitas... (6)

i knew about this place by recommendations from photographs living in Gran Canaria. I wanted very much to see it with my own eyes as they picture were offered a splendid epic view of a remote and impressive place. During my six days visit to GC i was very unlucky with the weather conditions, a mixture of hot air and the norther winds caused that entire interior was covered by a dense fog. On my last day the weather started to change and I decided to take the winding road to this viewing point with great hopes for a good captures. The experience to drive to and from this place was already a big fun: a narrow raw with many tight curves, very steep and very dark. One car could hardly pass by. The light conditions were not ideal but I am happy with the result. I spent 3 hours alone enjoying the scene as offered by the Mother Nature. Wonderful experience. This is 5 captures bracketed images, I had to use this technique due to a very high dynamic range of this scene on that evening. I was a great fun editing this image. It is very likely I will return to this place to get another chance for a better light and to correct some technical errors of this shot.
